UPDATE: Store sells out of rifles after people line up overnight

A new rifle shipment immediately sold out at Sportsman's Warehouse in Albuquerque Thursday.
Some people had waited in line since Wednesday evening for the new AR-15-style rifles.
Last week Sportman's only had six such rifles in the new shipment, but this week it jumped to 17 rifles.
And some customers said they would be willing to spend two or three thousand dollars on a rifle.
"My wife has been telling me, 'just buy one, just buy one,' And I'm like, 'I'll wait, I'll wait,' Might have waited too long, but we'll see," Sam Gonzales said.
Such rifles have not been easy to come by anywhere in the United States since the school massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary where a gunman shot 20 children to death.
President Obama announced last week that he wanted Congress to pass a bill banning assault rifles, high capacity gun magazines and making background checks mandatory. But customers said the recent political craze is part of the problem.
"I think it's mainly driven out of fear and anytime I think someone is driven by fear, they're going to go over the top," David said.
Yvonne Mascarena said she does not like guns, but thinks the government is part of the recent gun problem.
"They're blowing everything out of proportion. The more they ban them, people go crazy for them and they're all buying them," she said.
Sportsman's Warehouse said there will be another shipment of rifles next Thursday, the 31st.
