Roswell substitute teacher reportedly drunk at school

A substitute teacher in Roswell is accused of being drunk and committing some bizarre behavior on school property.
Clay Loya, 29, was reportedly found banging his head on a building at Roswell High School Tuesday.
Officers say they found alcohol in his bag and they could smell it on his breath.
