Two 14-year-olds were arrested for shooting at homes along Carver St. in Carlsbad hitting 6-year-old Emma Hernandez in the arm. She was asleep at the time.
Police say the boys were doing meth before the shooting.
Andrew Cobos, 17, has also been arrested police say he was the one driving the car.
