Police say a man who startled employees Tuesday morning at an Albuquerque church will be charged with criminal trespass.

Employees at Copper Pointe Church near Eubank and Chico NE told KOB they found the man inside the church when they arrived early Tuesday morning.

Police identified the man as Robert Crespin.

They called police, who learned that Crespin was part of a cleaning crew company hired by the church.

However, Crespin was not supposed to be inside the church at that time.

Police say he will be charged with criminal trespass, and the cleaning company told police they plan to fire him.
