An Albuquerque couple is accused of robbing two CVS/pharmacies in northeast Albuquerque.

Monica Castro and Damian Marchi were both in court on robbery charges this morning.

A criminal complaint states the two hit CVS on Menaul near Eubank Saturday.

Marchi used a baton to threaten the clerk and got away with 1,500 Oxycotins from the pharmacy, the criminal complaint states.

About 15 minutes later police said the CVS on San Mateo was also robbed.

A thousand Oxycotins were taken from there.

Police pulled the couple over at 11th St. and Lomas, and employees from both CVS's stores identified Marchi as the robber.
