APD investigates 2 overnight stabbings

Albuquerque Police are investigating two overnight stabbings that occurred around the same time.

Police were called to the Holiday Bowl on Lomas in northeast Albuquerque at 11:35 p.m. in reference to a stabbing.

When they arrived, the victim had already left. The victim was found at UNMH, where the victim was brought in a vehicle with four intoxicated men. The victim was in critical condition at the time.

Then at 11:46 p.m., police were dispatched to the Court John Motel near 4th and Menaul where a woman and a man had both been stabbed.

Overnight, one was fine and one was in critical condition.

Police are still working to determine causes for the stabbings and suspects in each case.
