You might see a black plume of smoke sometime before 9 a.m. Tuesday morning near Kirtland Air Force Base.
Sandia National Labs tells us it plans to burn liquid jet fuel for about an hour sometime between 7 and 9 a.m.
It will take place on the south side of Kirtland Air Force Base.
