Eastbound drivers await reopening of I-40

Truckers and others headed east are still waiting Tuesday morning for I-40 to reopen between Louisiana and the Texas border.
The key east-west artery has been closed since Sunday night because of snow and ice in Texas.
Hundreds of trucks and other vehicles have been stuck in Albuquerque since then.
Officials have said the road may open at 9 a.m. Tuesday – stay with KOB for updates.
