Hide-and-seek game draws communtiy criticism

It's a game that been played for generations, but some citizens of Bloomfield aren't big fans of it.
The game 'fugitive' is an activity teens in Bloomfield play on the weekend.
"It’s just fun, its exercise, it just keeps us out of trouble,” teens KOB Eyewitness News 4 spoke with said.
The game is made up of two groups, one in a vehicle - the "cops," and one on foot - the "fugitives."
The fugitives run from point A to point B without getting caught. Once someone shines their headlights or a flashlight on a fugitive, that person is captured.
The teens KOB 4 spoke to in Bloomfield said about 100 kids showed up to play this past weekend. They even asked the police if it was ok.
"One of my friends asked the cop if we could play fugitive and he said yeah," one teen said.
According to Bloomfield Police Chief Mike Kovacs, police allowed the game as long as they didn't get complaints.
But there were complaints.
"There was a citizen who had some individuals trespass on his property that terrified him and his family," Kovacs said.
Kovacs went on Facebook to tell Bloomfield citizens the police will stop the game if they get too many complaints, but the teens we spoke with said that won't stop them. They plan to play this weekend.
