Albuquerque police arrested suspects who they say tried breaking into a home in Southwest Albuquerque.

It happened at a home near Arenal and Coors SW.

Police tell us a 10-year-old child was home alone at the time, heard the robbers breaking in and called police.

The child told KOB that she locked herself in the closet as the burglars were in the home.

Police tell KOB that it is not illegal to leave a 10-year-old child home alone.

They say the robbery suspects are teenagers.
