Activists demand that city clerk accept unsigned ballots

Activists were at Civic Plaza on Thursday, demanding that city elections officials accept unsigned ballots in Albuquerque’s special election.
They gathered in Civic Plaza to protest the fact that the city clerk will not accept thousands of unsigned ballots.
At first the city clerk was allowing people to come in and sign them.
But then, she said she realized that was illegal – and those votes won’t count.
