California man arrested in Albuquerque prostitution sting

A California man was arrested by an undercover prostitution sting in Albuquerque, police said.
Stephen Smith faced a judge Saturday on human trafficking charges.
Police say undercover officers arranged a meeting with a woman on the website backpage.com.
When police confronted the woman she told them Smith and another woman were setting up meetings with all her escorts and taking some of the money.
