Authorities looking for Capitan girl, 11

The Lincoln County Sheriff is looking for an 11-year-old girl who is believed to have run away from her home in Capitan on Sunday.
Celeste Arnold was last seen wearing a gray, zippered hoodie and may have been headed to her grandmother’s house.
She is 4 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She is white and has strawberry-blonde hair.
