State Police investigating shooting involving Farmington police

The New Mexico State Police say they are investigating a shooting involving the Farmington Police.
The incident happened Friday afternoon around 1:30 near the Schofield Plaza on North Schofield near East 15th and East 16th.
The name of the subject has not been released and the person’s injuries are not life-threatening.
State Police are continuing to investigate.
