A Rio Rancho middle school student faces assault charges after a fight at school.
The alleged victim's parents say their daughter has been terrorized for months, but the school isn't doing enough to stop the harassment.
The fight happened Tuesday at Eagle Ridge Middle School.
Tuesday Chamberlain, 12, says a girl beat her up in front of her teacher.
Chamberlain says the girl and her friends have been harassing her since almost the beginning of the school year.
Rio Rancho Police were called to the school Tuesday.
Chamberlain's parents have filed assault charges against the other girl.
Kerry Chamberlain, Tuesday's father, says he and his wife have reported harassment and bullying incidents involving the same group of girls to school officials at least six times since the beginning of the school year.
Eagle Ridge Middle School will meet with the Chamberlains on Thursday.
