You can now get instant email or text alerts when closings or delays are issued from KOB Eyewitness News 4.
IMPORTANT:
Sign up for both your school district
and your school.
If you only sign up for your school, you will not receive closings or delays issued for your school district.
We recommend signing up for alerts for both your school district and your school.
Also be aware that multiple "organizations" may exist for your school district. For instance, Albuquerque Public Schools has the following options:
- Albuquerque Public Schools
- Albuquerque Public Schools East Mtn Schools
- Albuquerque Public Schools Evening Activities
- Albuquerque Public Schools To'Hajiilee Students
You may sign up for as many subscriptions as you want. The service is free, but normal texting charges may apply.
Since text alerts or email can be interrupted for various reasons, you should still tune your TV to KOB Eyewitness News 4 or log on to KOB.com online for a complete list of school closings.
