SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - A grand jury will consider whether a fatal shooting by a New Mexico police officer was justified.

According to the Santa Fe New Mexican, District Attorney Angela "Spence" Pacheco has received the results of the State Police investigation of the Nov. 7 shooting of 39-year-old Jeanette Anaya by Officer OIiver Wilson.

Police have said Wilson fired into Anaya's car after it backed up toward the officer and hit his car. That was after a chase that began when Wilson saw Anaya driving erratically and she refused to stop.
