New developments on the body found buried in a Roswell backyard this week.

Police have named a person of interest in the murder.  They are looking for Antonio Romero.

They said he could be armed and dangerous.

Investigators said they’ve also positively identified the man, but are not releasing the name until the family has been notified.

KOB Eyewitness News 4 talked to the family of a missing man.  They said there were too many things at the crime scene that have them fearing it’s him.

The discovery of a decomposed body buried behind an abandoned house has the family of 19-year-old Miguel Castillo devastated.

Castillo has been missing since October 8th.

His family said they last saw him leaving for a job interview, wearing a shirt hand washed by his mother.

“My mom had washed the shirt for him, ready for his job interview because he was excited that he had a big job interview," said Castillo’s sister Evelyn Baca.

They found that shirt at the crime scene, and they found more of his belongings there too.

The family said they found his baby's car seat in the backyard where the body was found.

“This is the car seat that my brother had in the back of his car and he would use it for my nephew's car seat, it's the base to it.  We found this next to the crime area where his body was buried. It's the exact same match to the numbers of the other car seat," said Baca.

Castillo leaves behind his six month old son.  The baby was with Castillo’s mother the day he disappeared.

“My mom is heartbroken.  She doesn't want to believe it's him.  She starts to break down again saying it's him because of all the evidence we found there, everything that comes back to my brother. She still has hope that he's going to come back," said Baca.

The family is holding out hope while painfully wanting answers.

“We want justice for my brother. We want to know why they did this to him.  What was the motive, if it were money you know, if it were his car, why didn't they just take his car, his money, why did they have to take him," said Baca.

UPDATE: The family called KOB before the broadcast and said that police confirmed the body found was Miguel Castillo.

Again, investigators are looking for Antonio Romero.   They want to talk to him about Castillo’s murder.  If you have any information call the Roswell Police Department at 575-624-6770.
