An overnight fire destroyed nearly $13,000 worth of equipment used by a Roswell family landscaping business.

According to the Plains-Valley Online News, crews responded to reports of a fire on N. Missouri around 10:30 p.m. Previous reports stated a house was on fire, but the homeowners said it was a shed that caught fire.

Firefighters had to back off the scene when a power line fell on the shed. While they waited for the electric company to remove it, the blaze destroyed landscaping equipment stored inside the structure.

No one was hurt during the incident and the house did not catch fire, according to the family.
