Albuquerque Police have arrested a woman who stole a pastor’s $70,000 coin collection.

Anita Manalo has been charged with larceny.

According to court documents, the pastor asked a friend to watch his home while he was on a mission trip to Africa.

Police say the friend asked Manalo to clean the home.

When the pastor returned he noticed much of his coin collection and $1,300 of his emergency money had been stolen.

Police say Manalo sold the coins to the Gold & Silver Exchange.

They found receipts at the exchange that traced back to Manalo.

Manalo’s bail is set at $20,000.
