A building in downtown Albuquerque, which was destroyed in a massive fire, became a crime scene once again after a man was caught stealing its copper wire.

Ron Pacheco was charged with commercial burglary and possession of burglary tools.

A member of the Downtown Action Team claims to have seen Pacheco break into the National Institute of Flamenco.

The woman told police that Pachecho was yanking on the wires and putting them in a suit case.

He was arrested following a foot chase with police.
