A man who was beaten by two Albuquerque Police officers in a parking garage has filed a federal lawsuit against the officers.

Nicolas Blume claims officers Robert Woolever and John Doyle violated his civil rights when they apprehended him in 2011.

Surveillence video showed Woolever holding Blums down while Doyle kicked him.

After they handcuffed him, the officers do what looks like a chest bump.

Both officers were fired.

Blume is requesting compensation and special damages for pain and suffering.
