A man who is accused of stabbing a 10-year-old girl faced a judge on Saturday morning.

Leroy Lindsey is also accused of stabbing the girl’s mother, Samantha Garcia, and another man.

"I do find you a danger to the community, I find you a flight risk, and what I'll do is set your bond at $500,000 cash-only,” Judge Daniel Ramczyk told Lindsey.

The incident happened early Friday morning at a home near 2nd Street and Alameda.

According to a police report, officers believe Lindsey was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the attack.

A prosecutor told the court that Lindsey has a long rap sheet that includes nine felonies and 49 bench warrants.
