Albuquerque police have released the lapel camera video from the night they were called for an unresponsive baby.

While they didn't know it at the time, police say 4-month-old baby Izabellah had been severely beaten and sexually abused that night.

KOB Eyewitness News 4 has decided not to air a lot of the video because it is just too painful to watch.

The video starts with an officer responding to the apartment where baby Izabellah lived with her mother, Angelique Montano.

Several people are in the home, including Angelique's mother and father.

The officer runs upstairs to find Angelique's father doing CPR on Izabellah.

KOB is not showing that portion of the video.

Officers start to ask Angelique and her boyfriend, Elijah Fernandez, questions.

Angelique says she was at her father's doing laundry at the time and left the baby in Fernandez's care.

Throughout the entire video you hear Angelique bawling, and you see Fernandez with his head in his hands.

Officers go downstairs and find out the others in the apartment were there while Fernandez was upstairs with the baby.

Rescue arrives, and CPR on 4-month-old Izabellah continues.

Officers ask everyone to leave the apartment so they can take pictures inside.

Then, an officer pulls Fernandez aside.

Elijah Fernandez was arrested.

He's now charged with child abuse resulting in death.

Baby Izabellah was on life support for two weeks.

She died Sunday.
