The first atomic bomb was detonated right here in New Mexico back in 1945. It was a result of planning and research done by some of the world's greatest minds up in Los Alamos.

Now a TV show, inspired by the Manhattan Project.

Viviana Large is one of the casting agents on Manhattan. The show will be filmed throughout the state.

With many recurring roles in this 13-episode series, she's looking for extras.

"We're looking for a good few that we can start hiring as soon as possible," she said.

100 hundred men and 100 hundred women to be specific. You'll have to dress for the occasion.

Some of the roles they're looking for in this new show are military personnel and scientists along with their families.

Filming begins March 17th until July 1st and will air on WGN America. The pay for the extras is $10.55 an hour.

If you'd like to audition for the show, send an e-mail to robertbaxtercasting@gmail.com along with a recent photo of you and your contact information.
