35-year-old Kevin Jaramillo was in court Saturday, appearing before a judge.

He is accused of squirting kids in the face with a spray bottle and water gun and videotaping it, as well as exposing himself to a young girl.

A judge set Jaramillo’s bond at $250,000 cash or surety.

That means he would have to put down at least $25,000 to get out of jail. In court, it was released that Jaramillo has a job and has lived in Albuquerque for two years.

The judge said something officers wrote in the criminal complaint was the reason he set the bond so high.

“The behavior increasing and progressing and becoming more aggressive, that's the allegation and that does cause this court some concern, as well as the number of counts.  I do find you a danger to the community,” the judge said.

Jaramillo is charged with eight counts of child abuse, as well as kidnapping and indecent exposure.

More parents have called KOB Eyewitness News 4 saying they believe this happened to their children, and KOB referred them to police.

Police said Friday they plan to search his home for evidence.
