A woman who works with kids at Albuquerque Public Schools is accused of taking her stepdaughter's punishments too far.

Daniela Lujan is charged with child abuse, but she's still on the job at Mountain View Elementary as a teacher's aid.

Albuquerque police officials said Lujan forced her teenage stepdaughter to strip down, and she locked her outside of the house naked. She's also accused of forcing the girl to run up and down the stairs for hours for not doing the dishes correctly.

APS said they will not take any action unless she is convicted.
