A UNM student said she was raped by three men in a moving car, and one of the men plays for the school's football team.

Police say the victim and a friend were outside of a house party on Constitution and Monroe in Albuquerque last week.

The victim claims she was convinced by UNM running back Crusoe Gongbay and two other men to get into their blue BMW.

The victim says once they started driving, a man in the backseat raped her. After that, she claims Gongbay switched seats with the man and also raped her.

The victim then says Gongbay and one of the other men were dropped off on campus. At that point, the remaining man, identified as Ryan Ruff, pulled a gun on her then got into the back seat of the car and raped her.

Gongbay didn't have to face a judge Tuesday but did bond out of jail. Shortly after his release he tweeted that people were out to get him because of his success.

Meanwhile, Ruff did have to face a judge and claimed he was a UNM student, asking for his bond to be lowered so he could make his finals. The judge denied his request.

A spokesperson for UNM told KOB Eyewitness News 4 that Ruff is not a student at the school although he did attend UNM previously.

Police are still looking for the third suspect. He's described as having dark skin and is about six feet tall, weighing around 180 pounds. Police are still working on a sketch.
