Elijah Brown, son of former Cleveland Cavaliers coach Mike Brown, tweeted Wednesday that he has signed a letter of intent to play for the University of New Mexico's men's basketball team.
Brown is a 6'5" guard and is a transfer from Butler.
Brown averaged 18 minutes a game last season, scoring seven points a night. He led the team in free throw shooting and finished third on the squad in three-point field goals made.
Brown is one of six players who signed letters of intent Wednesday to play for the Lobos.
