A man accused of firing nearly 80 rounds at state police is out of jail.

Daniel Olguin was arraigned Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault on an officer.

Earlier this month, police went to Olguin's home in Los Lunas on a domestic violence call when police said he started shooting at them.

Police returned fire, wounding Olguin.

Olguin was hospitalized, but there are no details on his injuries.

Olguin was released on his own recognizance.
