A 15-year-old girl is on life support and another teen suffered severe head trauma after a rollover crash in the South Valley early Monday.
According to APD officer Simon Drobik, the 15-year-old lost control of her Toyota SUV while driving south on 98th Street around 1 a.m. The vehicle hit a curb near Eucariz Avenue and the driver overcorrected, causing the vehicle to flip three times.
The driver was ejected from the vehicle and is currently on life support at a local hospital, according to Drobik. Her passenger was also ejected and suffered severe head trauma.
Police say speed appears to be a factor in the incident.
