A northeast Albuquerque neighborhood is about to transform into a big production set for the "Breaking Bad" spinoff, "Better Call Saul."

Residents near Washington and Constitution all received fliers that the show will be filming a stunt on their street next week.  They were notified that their homes may be needed for the show.  The neighborhood seems excited.

"Well I followed Breaking Bad from the very beginning and I thought Albuquerque got a lot of publicity out of it, and so to have a sequel here in my neighborhood...I'm tickled to death," resident Frank Foy said.

But the woman who owns the famous "Walter White" house says the fame has its ups and downs.

"They're here because they don't want to pay California prices.  So they don't make you rich, but they don't insult you either," Fran Padilla said.  Though she says she would do it again in a heartbeat.

If the show is successful, the film crews could be in Albuquerque for years.  KOB Eyewitness News 4 tried contacting the production crew to find out how much compensation homeowners get.  Our calls were not returned.
