Bernalillo County primary election voter turnout

As of 4 p.m. Tuesday, 17,216 out of 22,000 early voters have voted in Bernalillo County for the 2014 primary election.

Out of the 9,227 absentee voter ballots mailed out, 7,216 ballots have been returned. Absentee voters have until 7 p.m. to drop off their ballots at any voter center in order to be counted.

The wait time to vote is currently five to seven minutes.

The heaviest voter traffic is expected to be between 5 and 7 p.m.

Early and Absentee voter results should be released no later than 7:30 p.m. tonight.
