New Mexico State Police responded to reports of voter fraud allegations at a polling location in McKinley County, but County Clerk Harriet Becenti says there were no irregularities on election night.

State police could not confirm which location specifically, but they said officers were waiting on an order to seize ballot boxes on Tuesday night. The order needed a judge's signature, but it never came.

Becenti said her office is still reviewing the provisional ballots, but she said everything was submitted to the secretary of state's office by midnight.

A witness told KOB Eyewitness News 4 that candidates were given different numbers than those being turned into the secretary of state's office.
