ALBURQUERQUE (AP) - Albuquerque police have released a different description of a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run that may not have been an accident.

Police initially said the vehicle involved in the downtown incident early Monday morning was a black SUV.

They now say further investigation indicates the vehicle was a small pickup, possibly a Ford Ranger, and that it could be dark green with fading paint on the roof.

Police have said two men were in the vehicle and that it has front-end damage.

One pedestrian died and three others suffered injuries said to not be life-threatening.
