An Albuquerque mom is headed to the Navajo Nation Thursday to drop off some food and water to those affected by the fire.

Felicity Horowitz is on a mission, every time she steps foot inside a grocery store.

Horowitz is on a mission to buy lots of food and use coupons to pay for most of it. She's dubbed herself an "extreme couponer."

We first introduced you to Horowitz last month, when she started using those coupons to buy food for charity.

Well her couponing hasn't stopped there. Now, she's helping those affected by the Assayii Lake Fire.

For the past few days, Horowitz has been couponing. She's been going store to store, using coupons to buy granola bars, crackers, and snacks. Some stores have even donated, like Smith's, who gave Horowitz 24 cases of water.

Thursday, Horowitz and her husband are driving up to the Navajo Nation to deliver the food and water.

She says this is just all about New Mexicans helping each other out.

They plan on picking up donations from 10-11 a.m. in the parking lot of the Albertsons on San Mateo and Montgomery and from 12:15-1 p.m. at the Smiths on San Pedro and Lomas before heading out.
