An autopsy report on a man shot and killed by Albuquerque police shows he was at least three times above the level of what is considered legally drunk.

Alfred Redwine was shot outside of an apartment on 60th near Central on March 25. Police said Redwine fired a shot at them first.

Redwine's toxicology report found one sample had a blood alcohol content of .32. Another sample came in at .26. An adult is considered legally drunk at .08.

The Office of the Medical Investigator said Redwine died from three gunshot wounds to the chest, abdomen and arm.
