An Albuquerque woman is pleading for two drivers to come forward.  Alicia Gonzales says one of them hit her dad Tuesday night when he was crossing the street.  Then the second driver hit him.  Neither one bothered to stop.

Albuquerque Police say 50-year-old Donald Gonzales was hit by the first vehicle when he was crossing San Mateo near Candelaria.  Then the second vehicle hit him.  Gonzales died at the hospital.

Now, his daughter Alicia Gonzales is pleading for the drivers responsible to turn themselves in.

"I just want the people...whoever did this, please come forward, please!  Because how could you sit there and drive off after you hit somebody?  The first person to hit him, they couldn't even stop and what if that person could have stopped and at least saved him?  At least put him down the road or put the brake lights on so the other car didn't see him?  Then they drive off too?  How could you just sit there and drive off?" Gonzales said.

Police have not released any descriptions of the vehicles involved.  If you have any information, call Crimestoppers at 843-STOP.
