Delayed flights can be one of a traveler's worst nightmares, but for a group of passengers stuck on a diverted plane in Wyoming, the problem proved to pay off.
Passengers on a Frontier Airlines flight bound for Denver ended up stuck on the tarmac in Cheyenne, Wyoming, due to severe weather.
But things got better for the passengers when the pilot decided to buy pizza for everyone.
"Not sure if he was hungry, but it is not unusual for our pilots to go above and beyond to provide care for our customers," a Frontier Airlines spokesperson told NBC News. "We had depleted all our food onboard."
After a two-hour delay, the plane took off for Denver and landed just before midnight local time.
