After more than 16 hours of searching, Santa Fe Police located Joseph Carlos Rivera, just before 4:30 p.m. Friday on the Santa Fe Plaza.

Santa Fe Police received a tip from a resident who recognized Rivera walking on the Plaza. SFPD bicycle officers then located the child on East San Francisco Street, made contact with Rivera and positively identified him.
