On July 13th Los Lunas Police Department responded to a call in reference to a victim that had sustained a gunshot wound.  Upon arrival to the area near Los Lentes and Aspen in Los Lunas, officers observed a deceased male inside a vehicle.  Los Lunas PD said it all started with an argument an Allsup's.

Police say a fight between the occupants of a yellow jeep and a tan SUV led to the fatal shooting. After that argument the yellow jeep left, cops say the SUV with two Hispanic men and two Hispanic women followed. That’s when the rear windshield of the jeep just shattered.

The victim of the incident was identified as Charles Davlin, 21.

Investigators were able to identify several subjects shown on the Allsup’s surveillance footage. Investigators located the vehicle described in the incident. The vehicle will be processed for any viable evidence.

Investigators have interviewed two persons of interest and are attempting to locate a third.

Now, investigators are seeking the public’s help in locating Randy Romero, 30. He is six feet two inches tall and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and a shaved head. Romero was one of the subject’s shown in the surveillance video.

Anyone with information is urged to call Los Lunas Police Department at (505)839-3855 or Detective Cappelli at (505)459-6755. Web-tips may also be submitted online at http://loslunasnm.gov/reportcrime
