American Ninja Warrior has captivated audiences across the country, especially the show's first female to complete the challenging course, Kacy Catanzaro.

Mighty Kacy has inspired young women in Albuquerque as a new group of ninja girls aspire to her level.

"I think every time you see her and how strong she can get you work a little harder to see if you can be as strong as she is in the gym each day," Kitty Foos said.

Foos and athletes at Gold Cup Gymnastics are motivated by Catanzaro's success.

"Just because you're a girl doesn't mean you have limitations, there are no limitations when you're an athlete," Ed Burch, Gold Cup's owner said.

With that example, the Gold Cup gymnasts are set for action.

"Talks always cheap but when you watch the TV and you see her do it, really puts it into perspective how amazing girls can be too," Foos said.
