Severe weather swept through the Albuquerque metro Sunday, flooding arroyos and creating a dangerous road hazard for some drivers.

Two trucks got stuck in the mud during the storm near Unser and Irving. Firefighters responded to the scene to rescue the occupants and say no one was hurt.

Highway 528 is back open after a mudslide forced crews to shut down the road.

According to official rain totals Sunday night, the area of Irving and Coors received .63 inches of rain. Rio Rancho's official total came in at .25 inches of rain, but some areas with flooding received much more.

Bitter Lake near Roswell and Mills saw more than an inch of rain.
