University of New Mexico running back Crusoe Gongbay and cornerback Saquan Edwards were both reinstated to the football team on Tuesday.

The two were suspended following their arrest on rape and kidnapping charges.  The charges were eventually dropped.  Gongbay rushed for almost 600 yards in 2013.  Edwards had 42 tackles last season.  Both are projected starters when the Lobos open the season on August 30th against UTEP.
