An Albuquerque woman who killed one person and injured multiple people in a November 2013 suspected drunken driving crash was indicted by a Bernalillo Co. grand jury Thursday.

26-year-old Crystal Vanchaik is charged with homicide by vehicle, two counts of great bodily injury by vehicle and DUI.

According to police, Vanchaik was driving westbound on Zuni when she failed to yield on a turn and was hit by an SUV, injuring all three passengers in her vehicle. One of the passengers later died.

Vanchaik was driving with a suspended license at the time, stemming from a 2011 DUI arrest.

The District Attorney has issued a bench warrant for her arrest, along with a $250,000 bond.

Her arraignment date in District Court has not yet been set.
