ALBUQUERQUE -- Albuquerque police arrested a man who broke into Zia Auto Sales in northeast Albuquerque early Monday morning.

Police say they found 30-year-old Jose Monge hiding under a desk in an office in the building, which they were dispatched to when a caller said an alarm at the business was going off.

When officers arrived, they say they found a broken window, and located Monge shortly thereafter.

Monge is charged with commercial burglary, possession of burglary tools and battery on a police officer. His bond has been set at $12,500.
