Deputies seek suspect in SW Albuquerque gas station slaying

ALBUQUERQUE -- Investigators believe a man found dead at a gas station near Coors Boulevard and Blake Road SW early Tuesday was shot and killed during a fight.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department identified the man as 20-year-old Kenneth Perez.

Deputies found the man's body around 3:45 a.m. at a gas station located at 2801 Coors SW. BCSO said they were investigating a "violent trauma death."

Authorities are still searching for a suspect or suspects involved in the incident.
