SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - State police say four Robertson High School football players agreed to medical examinations for sexual assault after accusing upperclassmen of sodomizing them with broomsticks during a football training camp last month.
State police have released a 102-page report on their investigation of the incident. The report says the younger players at the Las Vegas school were told to "take it like a man" or "get it 10 times worse later."
The report gives varying details for what happened in each case, but the alleged victims say their attackers ignored their pleas to stop.
Last week, four of the six players accused in the hazing were suspended. Hearings for the other two are pending. Robertson head coach Ray Woods and six assistants resigned this week.
