CLOVIS, N.M. – The 16-year-old girl accused of posting shooting threats on social media against a pair of Clovis schools in September will stay on house arrest for now.

This week the district attorney wanted her placed back in custody after she allegedly violated the conditions of her release by posting to Snapchat.

The DA says she will try to bring her fight back to court.
