ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The mother of murdered Santa Fe County teen Jeremiah Valencia was indicted Wednesday on charges relating to his death.

Tracy Pena facing counts of child abuse, tampering with evidence and obstructing an investigation of child abuse or neglect.

Pena's boyfriend Thomas Ferguson is accused of torturing and murdering Valencia in November.  Police say Pena did nothing to stop it and, along with Ferguson's son Jordan Nunez, helped bury the body.
